I have my bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University and my masters in Curriculum and Instruction in Literacy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. My instructional design process begins with a needs analysis working with stakeholders and subject matter experts. I use the ADDIE and SAM models of adult learning theory along with Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation to address unique learner needs in scenario-based learning, microlearning, and blended learning. I am proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Canva.
