I am a results-driven Instructional Designer with a passion for creating engaging, learner-centered training experiences that drive performance and knowledge retention. With a strong foundation in adult learning theory and expertise in the ADDIE model, I specialize in the design and development of customized eLearning solutions, I utilize Articulate 360, Storyline, and Canva to deliver:

• Interactive eLearning Modules: Engaging modules tailored to specific training needs, enhancing learner interaction and retention with interactive scenario-based courses. 

• Custom Course Design: Visually appealing and pedagogically sound courses, that utilize effective blended learning strategies.

• Graphic Design for Training Materials: Custom graphics and infographics to simplify complex information.

• Consultation and Strategy: Strategic planning to optimize training processes, such as revamping onboarding programs for a more streamlined experience.

I have my bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies from Texas A&M University and my masters in Curriculum and Instruction in Literacy Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington. My instructional design process begins with a needs analysis working with stakeholders and subject matter experts. I use the ADDIE and SAM models of adult learning theory along with Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation to address unique learner needs in scenario-based learning, microlearning, and blended learning. I am proficient in Articulate Storyline 360, Rise 360, and Canva.
